Intel® Server System DX2600UR

A rack optimized, highly integrated server system for high density and energy efficient applications. For high-end data center applications, virtualization platforms, or as a video server, the Intel® Server System SR2600UR features up to five expansion slots, six 3.5” drive bays, multiple I/O options, and redundant cooling, all in a 2U rack mount chassis.

• Up to two Intel® Xeon® processors 5500 or 5600 series - The next generation of intelligent server processors automatically regulates power consumption to combine industry-leading energy efficiency with intelligent performance that adapts to your workload
• Flexible drive options - Up to 6 3.5” HDDs, supported by SATA ports on motherboard or SAS ports on Integrated Midplane2
• Expandable I/O architecture - 24 lanes of fast PCI Express* 2.0 plus PCI Express expansion modules and optional PCI-X slots provide unmatched flexibility
• Power efficiency - Power-efficient architecture and efficient power supplies reduce operating costs
• Optional USB floppy support - Maintain existing legacy applications
• Server power capping via Intel® Power Node Manager - Reduce power and cooling costs while increasing rack density with policy-based power and thermal management
